These terms define how the platform works for coaches and challengers, including payments, content rights, refunds, and account use.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SOVA Challenges, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Platform Description
SOVA Challenges is a marketplace where coaches publish structured multi-day challenges and buyers purchase access to them. The platform facilitates the transaction and delivery flow but is not the coach itself.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login secure. You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.
4. Payments and Fees
Payments are processed through Stripe. The platform keeps a percentage of coach revenue as a platform fee. Paid challenges must meet minimum pricing rules, and discounts or coupons reduce the final transaction amount before fee calculation.
5. Coach Responsibilities
Coaches are responsible for the quality, legality, and accuracy of the content they publish. Stripe onboarding is required for payouts. Harmful, misleading, or illegal content is prohibited.
6. Buyer Responsibilities
Challenge purchases grant personal, non-transferable access. Buyers may not redistribute or resell challenge content. Refund availability follows the rules shown on the platform and depends on progress state.
7. Referral Program
Referral discounts and reward coupons may be offered inside the platform. These rewards are single-use, non-transferable, and may be changed or discontinued by the platform.
8. Intellectual Property
Coaches retain ownership of their uploaded content. By publishing content on the platform, coaches grant the platform a limited license to host, display, and deliver that content to enrolled challengers.
9. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided as-is without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous twelve months.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may also stop using the platform and request account deletion at any time.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
